Axelent Ambassador Academy days

As a part of our onboarding program we created the event “Axelent Ambassador Academy”, where new employees within Axelent AB and its subsidiaries meet for two days to create community with colleagues and build the One Axelent spirit. 

On the 17th to the 18th of august 50 colleagues from around the globe met and had workshops, lectures and interactive activities. They got the opportunity to get to know Axelent, and dive into Axelent’s history and vision. Where we want to be in 2030 and how each individual contributes to the bigger puzzle of Axelent’s success.

This is a great opportunity to get to now other colleagues around the globe and build relationships with colleagues from different parts of the company.
