Meet Guillermo Magretti

Guillermo Magretti was born in Argentina and came to Spain and Barcelona to study. After years of hard studies, including law, he graduated from the university in 2011 with a MBA in General Management. Guillermo describes the company culture at Axelent as “a culture of organization and professionalism”.

Axelent Academy

A couple of times a year, we fly new employees to our head office in Hillerstorp.

Once there, they spend 48 hours learning all about our history and our mindset, and even get to see what we make.

Meet Emil Rask

In August 2020, Emil Rask stepped into his new role as Warehouse manager at Axelent Safe-X. Meet Emil, who has followed an exciting career path here at Axelent. Emil has worked at Axelent for about six years in total, spending the first thirteen months picking orders in the evenings. “I will be involved in developing our new warehouse from the start, and it feels great to be involved from the get-go.”

Meet Marcel Darroch-Davies

"Axelent gives its employees the opportunity to grow". At the young age of 16, Marcel Darroch-Davies chose to skip his engineering education at college to accept the offer of an internship at Axelent Ltd. In April 2019 he took up his new position as MD for Safe-X in Hillerstorp. A career step made possible by the company Grow with us mantra.

Building strengths

At Axelent, we believe it is important to have a happy, fun and active workplace. At our Headquarter in Hillerstorp, we offer a padelcourt as well as a sports arena where Axelent employees can play football, floorball, badminton or join a spinning class or even enjoy a circuit training session.
