The X-Guard Hitch Lock is a secure alternative to the X-Lock, designed for machine guarding. With an integrated mount for non-contact switches and a spring-loaded handle, it prevents accidental closure and ensures controlled access. Padlock and switch not included.

The X-Guard Hitch Lock is a reliable locking system for machine guarding, offering a secure alternative to the X-Lock. Designed for precision and safety, it features an adjustable hitch to eliminate internal play and ensure a firm closure. The integrated mounting allows for easy installation of non-contact switches for optimal safety.

Its spring-loaded handle prevents the door from fully closing automatically, requiring deliberate operation to secure it. This eliminates accidental closure, making it a practical choice for industrial environments. Additionally, the external handle includes a built-in padlock loop, allowing the door to be locked during maintenance or machine setup to prevent unintended access.

Compatible with all X-Guard doors, the Hitch Lock is an ideal solution for workplaces prioritizing safety and controlled access.

Note: Padlock and switch are not included.
