Panelen Plaatstaal
In sommige omgevingen is meer bescherming nodig. Daarin kunnen wij voorzien met onze wanden van transparant kunststof of plaatstaal. X-Guard kunststof en plaatstaal systemen zijn eenvoudig te bevestigen aan de staanders en deuren die ook gebruikt worden voor onze X-Guard gaaspanelen. Wij raden aan om hierbij tevens gebruik te maken van op maat gemaakte plaatmetalen stroken, voor het opvullen van de kieren tussen staanders en panelen.

An added benefit is noise reduction, as the solid construction helps to dampen sound, contributing to a quieter and more comfortable working environment. Our standard panels stand at 2200 mm in height, with an optional 750 mm extension for increased coverage. For facilities with specific requirements, we also offer panels in heights of 1900 mm and 2400 mm upon request, providing flexibility to accommodate diverse operational needs.
X-Guard sheet metal panels are easy to fit and you can use the same posts and door packages as for our other machine guarding products. To avoid gaps between the panel and post we recommend you to fit the Cover strip included with the sheet metal panel.
