Double Sliding Door – The perfect choice for operation in two locations

When choosing a door for mesh walls, there are several parameters to consider. What should the door be used for? What function should it have? In what environment should the door be located? What safety features are needed? Here you will find information about what is important to consider when choosing a guard door and when it is appropriate to choose a double sliding door.

This type of door is ideal when there is a lack of space and if you want to perform feed operations in two different locations with the same door. A double sliding door can be used when there is no space to open the door like a normal passage door.

The two door leaves run separately in two different rails and overlap. This is useful especially if there are two feed or output positions in a machine. Despite the limited space, it is possible to operate in two locations.

The advantage of all the doors in the X-Guard series - also the double sliding door - is that you do not need any specific panels for the door. In a simple way, it is possible to turn a fixed wall into a sliding door.
