I want to protect

Warehouse and Logistics

Warehouses and logistics operations are high-traffic busy environments where safety depends on clear separation between people, vehicles and goods. Without defined routes and physical protection, risks quickly increase. Axelent brings together impact barrier safety solutions with secure cages and partitions to support efficient facility planning and operations.

Partitions and cages

Modular and safe segregation for organising warehouse

In busy warehouse environments, unclear access and poorly structured storage can impact both safety and efficiency.

Axelent offers a flexible solid and mesh partition and cage storage system that creates a structured, organised and secure warehouse environment. We offering varying panel heights, doors, and roof options for creating full enclosed lockable cages to standalone runs. This makes our solutions a smart choice for long-term warehouse facility planning and safety.

Impact protection

Protect people and infrastructure from vehicle impacts

In busy warehouses and logistics environments, collisions between vehicles, people, and infrastructure are a major safety risk. Install impact protection to control the flow of materials, people, and vehicles.

Pedestrian rail barriers create visible boundaries and separate people from vehicle routes without restricting operational flow. While more robust impact barriers can protect infrastructure such as racking or machinery.

All our impact solutions are polymer providing durable protection to withstand, absorb, and rebound after impacts. Our modular solutions last much longer than steel alternatives, and provided better long term return on investment due to greater flexibility, fewer replacements, and lower ongoing maintenance costs.

Anti-collapse / Racking Mesh

Prevent falling goods with our anti-collapse system

Unsecured goods in pallet racks pose a risk of falling, leading to injuries and damage to equipment.

Axelent’s SafeStore is a simple and effective anti-collapse system that prevents goods from falling while keeping pallet rack storage safe, tidy and efficient. The adjustable system can be adapted to the required height, and mesh panels can be cut for an optimal fit without compromising storage capacity.

Fall Protection

Reliable edge protection and fall prevention

Exposed edges in warehouses and industrial environments such as mezzanines create risks of falling people and objects. Axelent’s fall protection reduce these risks by creating secure barriers that protect both people and equipment below, and adheres to British standards required for edge protection . Our system combines traditional hand and knee rail with full mesh panels and kick plates.  This eliminates gaps to also prevent danger from falling objects, and contributes to loss prevention.

Mesh shelving

Mesh shelving designed for safe and efficient storage

Mesh shelves are practical, stable and are as suitable for small items without a pallet as for warehousing and storage on a pallet. The mesh shelf plan does not collect dust and lets light and water through, which is often a requirement when there is a sprinkler system installed. Every detail of our mesh shelving is designed to make handling as safe and smooth as possible.
