Safety is about caring for each other 

The way we view safety is defined by the way we live our lives, and this is reflected in everything we do. From the little morning routines we carry out like brushing our teeth, pushing the glass back from the edge of the table, pressing the button for the pedestrian crossing on our way to work, fastening the seatbelt so that our children are safe in the car and the various actions we carry out once we get to the workplace. These include putting on shoes with steel toecaps, wearing ear defenders to protect our ears from the noisy working environment and finally a cup of coffee – as protection for the soul. 

We can’t stop caring about the little things. Because even the little safety measures can be fundamental when it comes to achieving a good quality working environment.  

Our safety culture is part of our DNA 

Working systematically, performing risk analyses, revising and optimising all parts of a working environment mean that each and every employee can come to work and feel safe. This should be a natural part of the day-to-day operations in an organisation. 

We believe that everyone has the right to be safe, regardless of whether they are at home or in their place of work.
